Happy 3rd Birthday Connor & Ryan!

Connor and Ryan turned 3 years old on March 27. On Saturday, they had their birthday party at Pump it up Jr.

Below is a picture of Ryan, Connor, and Cody piling in the car while waiting for our turn in the jumping room.

Once the kids started jumping, sliding, and running, there was no stopping them!

Below are all the kids in the party room after they got pleanty tired out with all the running around. Connor and Ryan chose their own cakes this year, so below is Connor with his green aligator. Connor chose this cake because green is his favorite color. And, the frosting on this cake, made your whole mouth, face, and hands green.
Below, Cody is eating on of the green cupcake.Ryan's cake was a "Nemo" fish.
And, of course, no party is complete without at least one breakdown. But aren't their shirts cute! Both shirts have Thomas the Train and their name on them. I made them with iron on transfers the morning of their party.Connor and Ryan had a good party and a good birthday. Many people were very kind and they were spoiled with all their presents.

Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny stopped by our house last weekend and left some goodies.

Ryan got the duck basket and Connor got the dog basket.

Their favorite was the Easter Thomas trains!
Here is a video of Connor and Ryan telling us all about what the Easter Bunny brought them.

Bunny Fun Hunt

The weekend before Easter we went to the "Bunny Fun Hunt" in Los Gatos. There was an Easter egg hunt, bouncy houses, games, and a petting zoo.

Look at all those eggs!

Connor and Ryan got lots of goodies! Their favorites were the lollipops, but boy, those got EVERYTHING sticky.

David and Bryan joined us for the festivities and all four boys had a blast!

Coloring Easter Eggs

This is the first year Connor and Ryan colored easter eggs. They enjoyed it, but I think they liked the easter egg hunt better. After they colored the eggs, we hid the eggs in the backyard, and they ran around to put them in their baskets.

Connor put all the pink and purple eggs in Ryan's basket and Ryan would put all the green eggs in Connor's basket.

Below is a video (if you receive the blog via email, you have to go to the blog website to view the video) of the boys hunting their easter eggs in the backyard. It is after they found most of their eggs and are looking for the last few around the yard.

Dog

Connor found a dog that he can ride all around the house. This is a large stuffed dog that I had before the kids and Connor recently "found" it and adopted it as his own. He sits on the dog and scoots it around the house, like he is riding a car. In the second picture, Ryan is sitting on the dog's head, so he could ride it too. Poor dog!

And, you wonder why we don't have any pets?

Sausalito

On Sunday, March 2, we went to the Sausalito Children's Museum with Ed's parents. The weather was perfect with a rare sunny day in the City.
Connor and Ryan got nice and wet with the first exhibit, but they caught lots of fish and frogs!
Connor and Ryan had tons of fun painting on the walls...

But, they had to stop painting many times to clean their dirty hands. Then they would go back to painting, just to get dirty again. Ryan managed to get paint on his face and hair. Luckily, the paint washes out easily.

It was a fun day!
