Oregon Vacation - at the condo

To get to the condo in Oregon, it took many, MANY hours of driving. Connor and Ryan were troopers and kept themselves entertained with their toys and books. Below, they are drawing on their Doodle Pro.
On the first morning at the Condo, there were two deer right outside our front door. The boys got so excited and couldn't stop pointing at and yelling "DEER! THERE, DEER!" It was pretty cute. The next morning, they were looking all over for those deer.

Connor, Ryan and Cody are putting their heads together to scheme some trouble.

There was a playground right in front of our condo. The boys loved it.
Here we are hanging out in the living room.
When Steve came to visit, he brought a train track for the boys. All three of the boys LOVED it.

It wasn't easy getting this many people to pose for a picture. The little ones would rather play than sit still.

Oregon Vacation - ZigZag Falls

Here are some pictures from our hike to Little Zig Zag Falls. Connor and Ryan loved throwing rocks into the water.

Oregon Vacation - Salmon River

While everyone else was off doing their own thing, Connor, Ryan, Ed and I went on a beautiful walk to Salmon River. It was a short trail near our condo and it was breathtaking.

The boys don't like to sit still long enough to pose for pictures...

Oregon Vacation - Children's Museum

While in Portland, we visited the Children's Museum. In the picture below, Connor and Ryan are brushing the aligator's teeth.

There was a sand pit where the boys played with trucks...
The boys helped us tye-dye t-shirts. Not too suprising that the boys weren't too keen on this since they don't like to get their hands dirty, so we ended up finishing the project. The shirts did turn out pretty cute.
And there was a water exhibit...

Oregon Vacation - the Zoo

One day during our vacation in Oregon, we took the train to Portland to visit the zoo.

Connor and Ryan were enchanted with the bears.
Especially when one of the bears was sleeping right next to the glass.
Below is a picture of Connor, Ryan and Cody waiting patiently for the train to head back to the condo after a busy day.

Oregon Vacation - swimming

Connor and Ryan had a blast in the pool. They were definitely getting brave! I got a waterproof digital camera for my birthday, so I was able to take some underwater shots. Below is Ryan smiling under the water.

And, yes, that is me looking goofy with Connor under the water.

In the picture below, Grandma is showing Connor how to blow bubbles.

And Steve is helping Ryan swim....
Connor, Ryan and Cody just loved to jump in the pool. In the picture below, all three boys are lined up for their turn to jump. The hot tub was nice and warm when the big pool got too cold.

Cody enjoyed hanging out in his "fish" intertube. Connor and Ryan liked the fish too. It was nice of Cody to share :)
