We had a fun and busy weekend with my cousin Kelly and her family. They stayed with us from Friday to Sunday. On Saturday we went to the U.S.S. Hornet museum.
We spent several hours there looking all around the ship and at all the planes.Ed and Dan went on the full bridge tour, which lasted about an hour. They did a private tour for the kids so they could sit in the captain chair and spin the steering wheel, without going through the long tour.
This is the steering wheel and all the kids had a chance to steer the ship.
They also got to see the radar and all the surrounding ships.
Carleigh was excited to see the tree house and the kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and in the tree house.
Jianna didn't go in the big treehouse, but enjoyed playing in her little "treehouse" on the deck.
Zachary loves playing with this toy, which Jianna used as a baby. She still seemed to enjoy playing with it and was showing Z how to use the toys on the side. Too cute!
It was a fun weekend and the kids all got along great.
